The car annual services at BMW costs more compare to any other approved BMW garage hence we should receive outstanding services
There was a query over information provided by the garage and a subsequent discussion relating to the invoice but in the end it was all settled amicably and we parted friends.
After going back in for the same repair, there was no courtesy car available. Which was very inconvenient. The customer service person wasn't very polite in explaining things. In all fairness though I was picked up from work
They done what they said they would on time with no mistakes.
Not centres fault at time of booking- not told it was a 2hr+ major service and how long it would take. Would have been easier to be offered the courtesy car - too late to get at time of service. Would be willing to pay extra for collection/ drop off
Prompt service this time. But you are helpful when you are getting money.
Exactly what I expected
It took time to find the fault with my car, but I was kept informed about the problem.
Resolution of winter to summer tyre change problems ie lack of tyres arriving on time and stone damage to the brake disc adnd pads.
Vehicle was booked for an end of service warrantee and MOT. Told should only be about two hours, dropped car off at 08:00. had not heard anything about whether vehicle ok or not so called dealer at 16:15 to be told only just gone into service bay.
This is the worst serve I have received form BMW Although Millie was apologetic and very helpful

When I collected my car and drive off I noticed the aerial was left in the passenger footwell. Not sure why it was unscrewed.
No answer for not completing the car tyre change properly. Just an apology.
Reception team too busy chatting to even acknowledge me, service advisor very offhand and I am sick of being told to give a 10/10 in any survey. Full marks are earned by exemplary service and going the extra mile.
Not all problems fixed but went a long way to fixing them car will be back this Thursday.

The rattle from the passenger compartment, which I was told was resolved, wasn't and now I have to visit the garage AGAIN
Efficient booking system, job completed on time at a reasonable price.
Refused collection/delivery (wrong as Alphabet have a contract). No loan car available. Told car all ready, go outside and car not washed - service person didn't believe me and came and checked herself! Already waited ages, wasn't going to wait more.
Looked after and kept informed. Plus pleasant surroundings with drinks while you wait.
I reported that my sunroof did not close properly and rattled, whilst the rattle was fixed it still does not close properly and was advised that this is "within manufacturer tolerances",I have 45 other BMW 5 series in my fleet and this is not correct
The service interval doesn't appear to be reset,- says 300 miles to my next service. Also I can't see how you justify an extra £300+ for major service. The " Replacement of most filters and microfilters" should be in the tens, not hundreds of pounds.
very disappointed and still not resolved
I had to wait at least 20 minutes before a service adviser was available.to book the car in. Also had to wait to collect the car.
It's pity the light leather upholstery and trims etc cleaned only the day before by myself were left marked and scuffed after the vehicle had supposedly received a wash and clean.
My MOT documents were misplaced by service staff & even after calling twice & been promised to call back & arrange for MOT certificate. I haven not received yet even after 10 days .
I was left to feel out of touch when I asked for a proper invoice showing what I had just paid for, in fairness I was sent a hard copy of a proper invoice the next day , which I wasn't expecting as I had been told these weren't used now !
The customer service and car care is the best
Hundreds of pounds of damage caused by inept valeting. Why did use a Brillo pad to wash the car? £50k car ruined.

The service provided by BMW sytner was ok
I couldn't find anywhere to park, I arrived early for a 11am appt but had to wait until 11:10 to be seen. They didn't take my address and I would have expected the washer fluid to have been topped up.

The only very slight negative was that I had to wait for about 10 minutes to book the car in on the day, but as I was not in a hurry it wasn't really a problem.
Job handled competently.
Excellent service with clear overview of what was going too happen and how much it would cost. The car was ready on time and the service was really quick.
As above, would have liked more information about the recommended work and the cost and time it could be completed by BMW
everyone in the Dealership were brilliant but for the cost of the service and the cost of the X5 I drive I would expect the car to be cleaned internally and externally a lot better than what this was. I had to pay to get it properly cleaned after.

When contacted by you, I was assured task would take no longer than 90 minutes; I specifically asked about timing as had previously had poor service in this respect. Arrived before 10:00; car returned to me at approx 12:20 but only after complaint.
Booked a 90 minute 'while you wait' MOT but it took almost 4 hours.
Failure to deliver on promises made. Asked if I wanted car valeted after MOT, I said yes. Came to collect car at agreed time and it had not even been superficially washed. Same had happened previous year.

This is the firt time I had a bad experience but it was bad enough to rate 1 star. I expect after paying over £500 to have exemplary quality control. Not this time. Very upset.
The service on my car delayed but I was told and I accepted it would be ready for the day after. I called up the next day waited 3+hrs only to be told the car wouldn't be ready til the following Monday wigich threw my plans the weekend in the air.
Replacement of new automatic gearbox was carried out without any problems but trying to speak to someone is infuriatingly difficult and I am getting totally exasperated at the lack of response Not enough characters so see next section
Everything enacted as promised, promptly and with information.
I had 4 tyres replaced , next day one tyre was completely flat , this could have cause a serious accident ..as iam travelling to Spain in next few days.

Customer service was good , your well looked after when visiting the branch.
The service was fine and covered on my contract. The car wash and vacuum was poor with visible dirt still on the car and wheels. I would have expected better from a premium brand.
The personnel at the service desk was very good. Unfortunately the problem with the car was not rectified. Such as brake noise, twice I informed about the brake noise but both times I was informed that there was no problem. The noise still exists
Poor customer service and lack of communication.
The body work was not checked.I spotted 2 new scratches on the car front bumper of which one was fixed.Other was spotted after reaching home,as I was in a hurry to get to work.After the service the car seems a bit rough and not very smooth as earlier

No courtesy car
Lack of communication regarding expected numbers at collection time was poor resulting in a normal 5 min collection being a) delayed by 30 mins b) rushed (although courteous) A one off I would agree, but something that could have been managed better

The work was done as planned but not in the timescale I had asked for. Parking my car on arrival was extremely difficult and I had to drive round car park a couple of times waiting for someone to leave a space.
booked my car into your garage with plenty of notice and the service wasn't great, I didn't get a call regarding my car to say what was wrong with it or if it was even ready, I chased in the afternoon with a promise of a call back and I didn't !

had to wait a while (15 minutes or so) at drop off and collection. thought the person who I met at drop off was not very customer focused.
Car was booked in for 90 mins while u wait service and MOT - not sufficient time and car kept overnight although that wasn't the main problem as my car wasn't valeted despite my request, Sytner were apologetic but.....
Even though they were extremely busy (because of a recall) they looked after me. Lewis was more than helpful as well.
