The team is very friendly and helpful. I was happy to walk home after I dropped the car into the centre but I was offered a lift home . Although I declined the offer , it was good to be offered . All work done on time and car cleaned and vacuumed .

a couple of weeks after the service the car is asking to be serviced again got break fluid, currently waiting for a response from sytner as to whether this was done on the service
The service was all completed in about 90 mins so I waiting and was able to work on the customer WiFi and enjoy a couple of nice coffees

The service is courteous and efficient. Any work required and the costs involved are always carefully explained. The £90 investigation fee is irritating especially when the fault turns out to be a simple quick fix.
You sent me a letter, dated 8 Feb stating my MOT was up in March, I Could have had MOT and Service done at the same time. If I knew that my MOT was coming up, when booking my service.

It was everything that I expected from a bmw service.
I had booked my car in for end of warranty check, MOT, break pad replacement and mud flap replacement. The appointment was made more than 2 weeks before my visit. The mud flap had not been ordered. I had to make another visit to the garage!
Service and report back on car condition via video report. Did service plus other items requested and gave advice to prevent a repeat of one of the problems
Problem discussed and technical views received from Sevice rep. Options to fix discussed with all prices explained . Finally my vehicle could be accommodated the following day. During the work on my vehicle I was kept updated on progress by phone.

Lack of knowledge to explain why I had the original alert which turned out to be a software update. Yet the car had done 50k miles on the old software. Heads gone.

Car was not clean inside the foot wells and particularly the exterior. Cream leather seats and door handles were dark and oily, like the guys didn't wear clean clothing our clean hands, when working inside

In terms of service quality, my score is 10 for BMW Sytner Solihull, however 90 pounds for just a vehicle`s check on brakes is too much. So for the pricing point of view my score would be 2. That`s why my average score is 6 with cautionof high price!

Everything was done on time when I had to have a new control unit fitted . Still don't know how water got in there and itssshame this wouldn't have been coveted under warranty

Slightly disappointed by being mad to wait 30 minutes on picking up the car as I was told it had not yet been washed. I had seen the car washed on arriving. Not sure if the wait was due to the 2 dealerships progressing a £39.00 payment?

Although the dealership had my car for two days, they couldnt get to the bottom of what had drained the battery so quickly. At the moment Im still a little apprehensive as to whether my car will have a repeat of this issue.

Unfortunately the screen wash wasn't topped up as it should have been (or as the winter check was sold to me) instead I was advised that the washer were blocked. Also initially I was charged incorrectly - at a higher price.
The senior service adviser who booked us in for the service was very good and contacted me to inform me that my car was ready , I was very pleased with his helpfulness

Upon entering the dealership at Syntner, we were treated with courtesy and all staff demonstrated great understanding of our needs, particularly Lewis who explained the nuances of the Motability Scheme to us.
The service from the reception, sales and finance staff alike was excellent throughout. Basics and details such as the transfer of a personalised number plate were all handled smoothly and professionally.
As I have touched on In answer to previous question from start to finish I was keep constantly informed of progress throughout the whole process. At the start of the process options were presented in a clear logical easy to understand manner.
On meeting Josh he basically knew what we were looking for as a family and directly took us to what became our new car model etc. Highly impressed.
