Told Car would be washed with mot and wasnt! This was only reason I came and paid the £55 because included car wash, and no one did it! Waste of fuel driving 20milw trip for you to do it, wont be going to Bmw Solihull again
The car required a new brake caliper and so new disks/pads x2 etc. This was all v. good. Later I remembered that in the past when this happened the other caliper soon needed doing (and disks/pads etc changed again). You should have advised both calip
the service took longer than promised and caused me a timeline problem with a poorly relative and her shopping

My service representative was very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I was able to use office facilities whilst my car was being serviced these were excellent.

The work was carried out very well and the service was excellent. However my lower score is due to the cost of the lights that I had to have replaced, both of which seemed very excessive.
Everything was fine. Staff pleasant and helpful. However, the waiting area was very cold for a long wait and when I got home I discovered one of my dust caps missing.

The car came back like new, after severe damage done by an HGV, but seemed to take a long time - 7 weeks. Although I suppose that reflected the damage.

See above. Also this wasnt a survey, it was to replace a part that should have been picked up before my car was delivered. Its then had software updates (2 visits), been booked in to replace the part(wrong part) then eventually got fixed. Not good

Because the jobs requested were not carried out without my complaining.
Booked the car in for a software update and although this fixed the issue when I collected the car, the engine management light was on! This was then addressed whilst I waited but surely should have been looked at before i collected my vehicle.

Small issue: when returning to my car after warranty repair, wing mirrors and drivers seat position had been altered dramatically. While the drivers seat will inevitably be altered by technicians (I'm 6' 4"), please return mirrors!

The team is very friendly and helpful. I was happy to walk home after I dropped the car into the centre but I was offered a lift home . Although I declined the offer , it was good to be offered . All work done on time and car cleaned and vacuumed .

a couple of weeks after the service the car is asking to be serviced again got break fluid, currently waiting for a response from sytner as to whether this was done on the service
The service was all completed in about 90 mins so I waiting and was able to work on the customer WiFi and enjoy a couple of nice coffees

You sent me a letter, dated 8 Feb stating my MOT was up in March, I Could have had MOT and Service done at the same time. If I knew that my MOT was coming up, when booking my service.
The service is courteous and efficient. Any work required and the costs involved are always carefully explained. The £90 investigation fee is irritating especially when the fault turns out to be a simple quick fix.
