I went in for an oil service but was advised that I needed a filter too. That meant incurring a cost of £265, which was more than I expected. I negotiata discount on the tyre but was left wondering why I wasn’t offered this price in the first place.

It was a straightforward end of warranty check plus MOT. I waited for the car and enjoyed some coffee. It took about as long as I expected. The car was clean when I got it back. I found the short video showing tyre depths informative.
