Sytner didn't recognize BMW Tyre insurance so I had to book a second appointment at different garage. It's a BMW insurance policy!
I was satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of Yasmin Holmes, the Service Advisor but I thought that the hourly charges for the mechanic were very high.
staff are friendly and efficient ,i received two courtesy calls to make sure that everything was satisfactory

Service at Sytner is good, although our appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen technical issues. A message was left on my voicemail whilst driving to Sytner which was not picked up until I arrived there - so a complete waste of time and fuel.
Service staff always willing to meet time requirements for collection of car. Good t have short video report.

Car was recalled due to fault on car which watchdog reported on t.v. Took car in and bmw had it all day. Told to take car away and wait untill letter comes through post to re book the car back in for work to be done. How many days then does bmw want.
Car collected and returned as requested. Everyone I have dealt with has always been great thanks

Really annoys me when my car comes back with settings changed e.g. automatic lights off, seat position changed.
Great customer service. Only issue I had was that when I booked my car in the asked if there was anything of value in it. I said just change I use for parking. When I picked my vehicle up some of this had gone? I reported it.
Promise to have the job completed in one day and it was completed in 1 day - very satisfied
Usual good service received. Small gripe about paying the £12 excess waiver fee for loan car when mine was booked in for warranty work - I think for warranty jobs the dealership should cover the excess waiver fee
Very satisfied with routine brake fluid replacement and new tyres. Expensive to diagnose problem with windows on convertible and prohibitive to correct the problem.

The car was in for a winter tyre swap and a full valet. On receipt of the car it was obvious that the external company carrying out the full valet were not up to scratch. Sytner are aware and put things right.

The only negative was that there were no courtesy cars available for approx 3 weeks which is a bit of a shambles to be honest. Apart from that perfect as always.

The sales person and finance contact were very friendly and provided options for me to obtain the car I wanted. When negotiating the final purchase the salesperson was also dealing with another customer so it felt a little hurried.
Andy was extremely helpful, kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repairs and dealt with the insurance company very effectively.His colleague who took over when Andy was on leave was good, but Andy stands out

My answers are all based upon my experience of setting up my service plan. I have yet to have my car serviced.
I was immensely impressed, (delighted even) with the reasonableness of the cost together with valet service thrown in at no extra cost. To receive a follow-up phone call soon after to check if everything was ok, is much appreciated.

Told Car would be washed with mot and wasnt! This was only reason I came and paid the £55 because included car wash, and no one did it! Waste of fuel driving 20milw trip for you to do it, wont be going to Bmw Solihull again
The booking was done in a timely manner and i was explained what needs doing and cost involved
The car required a new brake caliper and so new disks/pads x2 etc. This was all v. good. Later I remembered that in the past when this happened the other caliper soon needed doing (and disks/pads etc changed again). You should have advised both calip
the service took longer than promised and caused me a timeline problem with a poorly relative and her shopping

I have been buying new cars all my life. I think BMW needs to check out what Audi do when they sell a premium product, and what they do to make a customer feel special. Its the little things!
My service representative was very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I was able to use office facilities whilst my car was being serviced these were excellent.

Perfect experience of buying a car
The experience was good, Lewis Moore handled all the interaction to my utmost satisfaction. The only small negative factor was that the car had not been finished well in the valet area before handover and still had lots of polish marks on the car.
Things went very well from purchase to delivery. Full support given. All queries answered; and additional work completed professionally.
