Collection was slow
All as expected although I did ask for a quote to get my scratches fixed and I chased it when I picked up my car and noone has come back to me and I haven't had time to chase it
BMW is a well known and respected brand. I've yet to be disappointed.

Very good service but had to wait a couple of weeks to be able to access a courtesy car.
2 issues...1...the body panel alignment at the tailgate was different right to leftit was improved slightly but still not as it should be. 2...writing to the hard drive from cd sometimes came up with an error. we were told it was overheating .

The Service team at Sytner BMW in Solihull are managed by Matt Hobbs and Lisa McVeigh. These guys are extremely customer focused and offer a fantastic service. They constantly seek and take each and opportunity to go over and above.
Was told it would take an hour so I waited. It took 2.5 hours. After 2hrs told it would be 5 mins- no one came back to me and had to chase myself and then my keys were lost so I was late picking up my children from nursery

Was all booked and paid via All-star so as satisfied as could be given my involvement.
Service on the day was quick, staff very very polite and helpful. Would have scored a 5 but the valet wasn't very good.
I was promised a call to book my car in last week and I'm still waiting to hear back from Andy the service manager
NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT.

The service was brilliant, the chap dealing with me was brilliant. But I needed two new tyres and the price you quoted me was extortionate, you were 50% higher than blackcircles. There is no reason to charge so much for tyres hou obviously get cheap

I was offered a lift home when I said I would leave the car and the car was delivered back to me. At my age 80 plus these things have become important.I had saiid I would get a taxi
i would say satisfactory and not either 'fairly' or 'very'. Needs a 'satisfied' option!

The Service was brilliant, no problems there, however, the three weeks plus to get an appointment was disappointing.
My car was picked up as requested even though I forgot and the driver had to make a few calls. He did, however, contact my husband to remind him when the car is mine. Had I received the reminder I would have remembered! My husband was away.

Overall I received excellent service. The only downside was that I had to return twice to have a faulty alarm sensor replaced and just wait for it to go off again.
