Very welcoming staff at the Solihull bmw centre and received my car back in only a few hours! Moved away from from my Audi last year to a bmw and havent regretted my decision one bit :)!

I particularly liked the service video provided.
Happy with the helpful sales advisor, but as per previous comment I believe the driver restraint fault was probably caused/triggered while the car was in for a service.
The service was carried out as described, but on receipt of the car, I noted that the car had been driven hard, as the average fuel consumption was very low.
All of the staff do soo much for me, and I never feel like they rush me in or out of the showroom or services.
I was very impressed with the courtesy and efficency shown by the Service Advisor Emma Karshe. The video health check subsequently emailed to me highlighting visually the need for a repair underneath the vehicle is an excellent idea.
I was told the detail and timings and that was what was delivered.
Very good service. Good communication before, during and after the service.

Personal touch from start to finish. Massively impressed by the video they sent pointing out the inner tyres were all worn. Nobody likes having to replace 4 tyres but there was no pressure to buy and if you need them doing then you need them doing

Very quick, effortless drop, liked the video of the service, and quick collection. Sounds sillu but would have loved a coffee whilst dropping off.
On all of my visits nothing ever goes wrong, no delays, no "hang on a minute I'll find out". The dealer keeps me informed and the car is ready at the agreed hour. And when they say they'll call me, they ACTUALLY DO call me! Refreshing.

I have been taking my BMW cars to Solihull for many years and they have always treated me as a valued customer, taking the time to understand any concerns and working with me to resolve any issues.
Very professional service provided throughout, from booking to vehicle in to collecting it after the work was complete.
I didn't get a callback as requested from the reception when booking a retest, I had to call again the next morning. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

A bit disappointed that I was expected to pay for the excess protection for the courtesy car, when it hadn't been mentioned to us when originally arranged for and in light of the fact we were only there for warranty work to be carried out.
I believe the staff genuinely tried to make me feel comfortable and offered me a drink and spoke politely. This makes a lot off difference.
No cause for complaint. The whole experience ran very smoothly.

I was looked after very well and given very good service.
Car pick up service was excellent. Work on paint to buff a blemish was over your obligation.
Staff were very attentive pre & during our visit. We were well looked after and everything was carried out in a timely fashion.
I went in for an oil service but was advised that I needed a filter too. That meant incurring a cost of £265, which was more than I expected. I negotiata discount on the tyre but was left wondering why I wasnt offered this price in the first place.
Car was picked up promptly as promised. Was kept informed of what the car required for service and it was delivered back clean.
It was a straightforward end of warranty check plus MOT. I waited for the car and enjoyed some coffee. It took about as long as I expected. The car was clean when I got it back. I found the short video showing tyre depths informative.

Very satisfied with Sytner Solihull, however, I went there because my brake pads were low and it was 10 (yes TEN) days before Sytner Birmingham could fit me it, that is simply ridiculous!

As q1. Only negatives are:- the cost of the first service for what was actually looked at/ done and the length of time taken . I requested an 8:30am appointment so I could wait for it. Only to be told that the car wouldn't be done till 4:00pm. ?

The service provided at the the service desk was excellent, not sure about the vehicle service as I am currently having issues and may need to bring my vehicle back in.
Seatbelt handover was snapped of whilst driving having it cleaned by a colleague at BMW.Also was told a fault I logged about a tyre pressure monitor was rectified but in reality it hadn't.

Staff were very helpful. Organised a ride for me to my place of work while my car was being serviced. Solihull is a very busy dealership how ever staff are still courteous and available to assist.
Staff need to realistic not optimistic on how long the service and valet will take
Service report revealed a rattling heat shield (which we had not previously noticed) but no attempt was made to inform us while you had the car and rectify the problem. Since the service, the rattle is very noticeable.

The salesman who dealt with our enquiry was courteous, very knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.
Pleasant surroundings, clean, modern showroom, easy to walk around and view the vehicles. There are quiet areas where you can sit down with the sales staff at their own desks. Reception staff very friendly, and courteous sales staff.

Would have been completely satisfied however during the search for vehicles that suited me, I had asked on the rate of VED which I was told was £160. The vehicle we finally settled on an ordered pushed past the threshold which I was not told about.
