Satisfaction of service work done is very high but having driven MB, Audi, Alfa and Porsche I think that your service costs are overpriced
Very satisfied with Sytner Solihull, however, I went there because my brake pads were low and it was 10 (yes TEN) days before Sytner Birmingham could fit me it, that is simply ridiculous!

As q1. Only negatives are:- the cost of the first service for what was actually looked at/ done and the length of time taken . I requested an 8:30am appointment so I could wait for it. Only to be told that the car wouldn't be done till 4:00pm. ?
The service received on my car was okay but when I came to collect it, although it had been cleaned it was covered in bird excrement. I did not have time to report this so collected the car and cleaned it again myself later.

Quite simple. The problem was recognised and dealt with informing me with what would happen so I was able to fit it into my schedul.

Seatbelt handover was snapped of whilst driving having it cleaned by a colleague at BMW.Also was told a fault I logged about a tyre pressure monitor was rectified but in reality it hadn't.

Service was fine, but had to pay £12 to remove excess on loan car. I wasn't told about this when I rang to book in car.

Staff were very helpful. Organised a ride for me to my place of work while my car was being serviced. Solihull is a very busy dealership how ever staff are still courteous and available to assist.
Staff need to realistic not optimistic on how long the service and valet will take
Service report revealed a rattling heat shield (which we had not previously noticed) but no attempt was made to inform us while you had the car and rectify the problem. Since the service, the rattle is very noticeable.
I was kept updated during the course of the day.

whilst I waited for my car I was able to log on to the wifi and continue to work from the dealership.
Easy to book the car in, courtesy text reminders, customer service both at drop off & collection, car all cleaned inside & out - perfect.

Great service, no trying to drum up business with a report stating work needed doing in the future. Other German brands provide a "Health Check" that states for example the brakes are 20% worn - that must mean I have 80% left!

after a bill of £852 i thought it could of been courtesy to spend a little more time cleaning the car, yes it was complimentary but after a bill like that abit more care could of been taken into cleaning the vechile.

The car i bought is approved used. There were many issues upon purchase - some have been fixed (albeit poorly) and some have not. I have given my car three times for these issues to be resolved. The main one is still happening.

2 issues...1...the body panel alignment at the tailgate was different right to leftit was improved slightly but still not as it should be. 2...writing to the hard drive from cd sometimes came up with an error. we were told it was overheating .

Would have been completely satisfied however during the search for vehicles that suited me, I had asked on the rate of VED which I was told was £160. The vehicle we finally settled on an ordered pushed past the threshold which I was not told about.
As above, went through my requirements and answered all my questions about the cars specification and my requirements. It was a truely enjoyable experience.j
