Nick senier service manager rang me to inform me my service and MOT booking which was thought was for pick up, was in fact drop off, i rushed to shirley bmw 2 hours after my original appointment and he fitted me in also giving me a courtesy car
I cleared the boot in readiness for a vacuum not touched, (the choice should be given at desk as to whether the boot should be vacuumed). lots of leafs, under the wiper and bonnet still there . somewhat disappointing
Richard Cooling has dealt with all my cars for over 10 year and Sytner know I always want to deal with him and they always enable that to happen.
I was informed when I took my car in for service that they would need it for 5 hours instead of the 2 hours planned so they had to keep it overnight. A phone call to advise me would have helped.

Service received was great. Only knew my car was ready by my partner leaving the dealership to go home and seeing the car parked in front of the main doors and calling me.Asked for a call back regarding a wheel refurb and never received one.
After the service, the issue was resolved in the first place. However, after a long trip in two weeks, the problem came out again. Now, I am waiting for another available to visit again.

Generally good but didn't get the attention of the two girls on reception until I walked away. Service receptionists were excellent.
The second time the car went in to have two repairs done under warranty but only one was fixed despite the paperwork saying that both had been done. I have now been waiting almost two weeks for the part to arrive for the job to be done properly.
It felt different this time when I had my service. A bit disorganised.
The small cover of my parking button had come away. I was quoted approx £140 for a new switch which I accepted. On checking in I was told that I had been misquoted and the console needed replacement at a cost of £410. I felt no option but to proceed
Unfortunately when the car was returned I had lost most of my professional satnav apps and services that had been booked till 2020 as well as the online entertainment package I had. I rang the dealership to complain.
Courteous and professional service
The service was completed to the usual BMW standards, the car was not cleaned even though I requested it to be cleaned given sufficient time.
My vehicle was serviced in the time scale indicated, cleaned and returned in good order.
I appear to have, again, been overcharged for the supply of Ad Blue!

Thought that 90 minutes to change over to winter wheels/tyres (I have a full set of winter tyres on winter wheels) was a bit long, given that I had booked to come in.

Your service advisor Nick Adams was very professional and helpful. The video footage provided by the service technician was extremely helpful and provided and insight into items I would not normally be aware of

Despite numerous attempts I could not get a settlement figure for my account although it was promised. Advanced eye 2 will not connect to my phone, called to book an appointment, told not required, left work early arrived told no one available.

Recently took car in for service, given a nice upgraded car out of courtesy whilst car was being sorted.
I was able to drop off and collect loan car at 8am which suits my working day, everything was explained perfectly, and the communication throughout the day was excellent. Pick up was equally professional/punctual.

There was an unexpected delay whilst the car was waiting to be cleaned. I received an apology and a voucher for a full valet service next time.

Visiting Sytner Solihull for a service is always a very positive experience. Greeted at the door, seen straight away. As a company car driver, the level of service at Sytner is actually a major factor in car choice.
Millie Pretty was very efficient and helpful.
I was advised that I would have pay for the service yet I was in a service plan. Also I had to chase for an update on this twice and didnt get a call back to know when the car was ready. Not good at all!
Pre service I was told the indicators would be looked at and sorted and also I did say I brought a bulb to also be fitted if they could do it. Once I got the keys back and started the car, the indicators had not been sorted.
Very pleased. Ravi singh the service receptionist who delt with me and my bmw was very helpful and professional. He has Kept me updated throughout the process of my maintenance service and warranty claim. He is a credit to the buisiness.
After repeated requests I have still not recieved a quotation for bodywork repairs.Other work was completed well.

I had a low tyre pressure message when I collected my vehicle, this is not something Id have expected to do myself after being serviced at a BMW garage. At booking in I had also mentioned that one wheel in particular tended to lose the pressure more

I waited for my service in the waiting area and when the car was ready they tried to contact me on a phone that I had told them was off line. Nobody came to tell me for over an hour. Their communication system and customer service is poor.

My car was damaged during a routine service. This has not been satisfactorily resolve at this time.
Service ( MOT ) done well. Time taken much longer than implied. Nearly 3 hours when 1.5 to 2 hours expected.
Very thorough with their work however took longer than expected due to lack of valeters

I was disappointed with the service. Having been told one thing on the phone and another in person. Also, why do you charge the maximum for an MOT? Other garages are almost 50% cheaperMy dash cameras were left unplugged and I wasnt even informed
Work was carried out as specified but the car wasnt cleaned properly. I was offered a re-wash at a later date. But it wasnt up to the usual high standard

Certainly not a stopper but feel that timings are out of kilter. There were delays and quite a bit of waiting around. This was balanced by the customer service at hand, e.g. free refreshments and an ambient seating area.
Very personable staff who maintained contact throughout the time vehicle in for repair. Would have been 5 stars but I was told the car was done yet when I went to collect it several hours later I had to wait a further 30 min as it was being washed.

Clean and ready to go
This was a replacement Motability vehicle which had been ordered from Sytner B'ham June 2017. The vehicle had to have a Autochair hoist fitted, due end September 2017. The company fitting it had never fitted one before, snap with this vehicle 2018

Everything was dealt with very professionally
No rubber mats or the usual car cleaner products. The car had to be returned so that the vinyl cover could be put on the rear bumper. Whilst I appreciate the fitter was caught up in traffic, why leave it to "pick up day"?
