Slight scratch on the car this is a £90k + car why is it damaged the more I think about it I should not have excepted the car with this small issue. This is my 3rd M4 which has been brought new from this dealer and the second that has had damage

Customer service was friendly. They provided a full report of my car. They also offered me advice regarding payments for replace work. But following having my wheel alignment, I'm still awaiting a report from the sales advisor.

One thing I would add is that while Sytner Solihull is my preferred dealer to deal with my car I was told that my car has to return to another dealer because bodywork was done there. Surely Solihull could deal with it???

The front tyres were changed but the pressures were different (by 3 psi) to each other so I had to go and top up myself after I had picked the car up. Otherwise completely satisfied. The lady (Fay I think) was excellent and kept me fully informed.

When we picked up our car someone had been eating a chocolate inside the vehicle as chucks of chocolate crumbs were all in the door controls, on the chair and driver footwell. This was a little disappointing and disrespectful.

Staff were helpful. Specific issue was extremely frustrating (fault with a filter sensor, 6 months post warranty). Support from BMW was requested but declined by BMW. A more persuasive argument could have been put forward as the fault seemed rare.
