Wasnt able to give me more information on the day car booked in . When I picked up the vehicle told me that they will get in touch with me but it was left to me to make contact the next day just before dealership closes
Staff were very helpful
I was supposed to be getting a courtesy full valet as my car hadnt been washed at all the last time it had been in for a service however this now needed to be prebooked and hadnt been booked in advance. Speakers failed again but yet to get booked

Service took longer than anticipated. Should have been an hour and a half to two. Was two and a half due to the number booked in at that time. Would have appreciated an update. Maybe better scheduling of service slots is needed.
I can't fault the service from the service team at my local Synter. They fitted me in at very short notice to sort out the fuel pipe leak when they were clearly fully booked, which was very important as I needed the car urgently.
I was satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of Yasmin Holmes, the Service Advisor but I thought that the hourly charges for the mechanic were very high.
Once again the best unrivalled, Nick your Sevice Manager top man nothing to much trouble

Service at Sytner is good, although our appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen technical issues. A message was left on my voicemail whilst driving to Sytner which was not picked up until I arrived there - so a complete waste of time and fuel.
Servicing department took extra care of me and my vehicle.
Great service on the day said they would call me back still waiting on the call Plus car went in to get a warning fixed the warning is still not fixed

Really annoys me when my car comes back with settings changed e.g. automatic lights off, seat position changed.
Great customer service. Only issue I had was that when I booked my car in the asked if there was anything of value in it. I said just change I use for parking. When I picked my vehicle up some of this had gone? I reported it.

Very satisfied with routine brake fluid replacement and new tyres. Expensive to diagnose problem with windows on convertible and prohibitive to correct the problem.
Usual good service received. Small gripe about paying the £12 excess waiver fee for loan car when mine was booked in for warranty work - I think for warranty jobs the dealership should cover the excess waiver fee

No hassle for me but not sure I needed a video although I expect many others will have been more interested than myself.
The car was in for a winter tyre swap and a full valet. On receipt of the car it was obvious that the external company carrying out the full valet were not up to scratch. Sytner are aware and put things right.

The only negative was that there were no courtesy cars available for approx 3 weeks which is a bit of a shambles to be honest. Apart from that perfect as always.

Perfect experience of buying a car
The experience was good, Lewis Moore handled all the interaction to my utmost satisfaction. The only small negative factor was that the car had not been finished well in the valet area before handover and still had lots of polish marks on the car.
