Always and never anything other than excellent
I was given good advice about how best to have the problem sorted through BMW Emergency Assistance and everything was easy and my car was fixed in good time over the busy Christmas period.
In the main lamp fairly satisfied, however they are a few issues that concern me about me my car.
Everything is good apart from some aspects of service. Ive come in a few times as there was an issue with the car, some members of staff I delt with said this is normal, the 3rd time I brought the car in for the same problem it was finaly fixed.
Problem sorted quickly
5 star perfomance throughout.
Delt with problem 1st time at Solihull unlike Birmingham which has car for whole day and only ran a diagnostic on the car. Ravi was very polite professional and courteous and the car was ready before time.
Not sure why the engine coolant level was not checked, warning came on a few days later due to low amount. Expected this to be checked during a £320 service
I felt confident and over satisfied with the process
I came in for a service on my car and the wait was quite long even though my car was booked in. I was then given a total price which was more than quoted over the phone when my car hadnt even been looked at. The man that took payment was helpful.
Vehicle checked cleaned and on time
Still not satified the the turbo whistle is normal when you can hear it in the cab.
The standard of service technically and the personable service given by staff were very good.
The work is always completed and when stated.
I was mucked about regarding collection of my car after warranty work and made a wasted journey (by bike)
Although pleased to have a 2 hour slot, didnt find the staff very informative, i.e. where to wait, when service complete, etc.
I am able to deal with the same person Joe Taylor who knows what I like and he does his best to find one I am happy with. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful and give very personal service.
Work carried our very efficiently.
Had an emergency flat tyre. I called Sytner, they got a new tyre ready a changed it over while I waited. They cleaned the car as well!
Was very professional and friendly. Sorted issue very quickly & efficiently.
As already given in my google report the service staff and surrounding comfort were more than adequate.

Service, work and booking all competed well. One hiccup however was that I was forgotten about and left waiting in the area behind reception when I came to collect my car.

Because I had to ask for a deal that someone else I knew was offered when I had my car MOT
still awaiting a call back regarding the high gloss peeling from alloys, had tyres changed and paint has peeled also peeling from spokes where no damage can be seen, 2017 car and alloys look like they should be on a 2007 car, very disappointed!
The mechanic who looked after my car and understood the fact that it was a 20 year old car and the only real defect was a system that is rarely used, if not at all, hence why it has failed. The mechanic removed the fuse and the car was returned...
job completed expeditiously and very satisfied. Taxi home was a bonus.
Similar to the answer above, all staff that I have dealt with have been helpful and knowledgeable at all times.

The service took slightly longer than expected as I was advised that a part had broken off a part of the oil filter when the engineer tried to remove it. The car had to stay in for another day while a replacement part was sourced.

Richard Cooling has dealt with all my cars for over 10 year and Sytner know I always want to deal with him and they always enable that to happen.
Nick senier service manager rang me to inform me my service and MOT booking which was thought was for pick up, was in fact drop off, i rushed to shirley bmw 2 hours after my original appointment and he fitted me in also giving me a courtesy car
I cleared the boot in readiness for a vacuum not touched, (the choice should be given at desk as to whether the boot should be vacuumed). lots of leafs, under the wiper and bonnet still there . somewhat disappointing

Andy Butlin provided an excellent service making every effort to sort out issues to our satisfaction. He went the extra mile.
After the service, the issue was resolved in the first place. However, after a long trip in two weeks, the problem came out again. Now, I am waiting for another available to visit again.
Service received was great. Only knew my car was ready by my partner leaving the dealership to go home and seeing the car parked in front of the main doors and calling me.Asked for a call back regarding a wheel refurb and never received one.
Friendly and competent
Generally good but didn't get the attention of the two girls on reception until I walked away. Service receptionists were excellent.
The small cover of my parking button had come away. I was quoted approx £140 for a new switch which I accepted. On checking in I was told that I had been misquoted and the console needed replacement at a cost of £410. I felt no option but to proceed
It felt different this time when I had my service. A bit disorganised.
Unfortunately when the car was returned I had lost most of my professional satnav apps and services that had been booked till 2020 as well as the online entertainment package I had. I rang the dealership to complain.
Thought that 90 minutes to change over to winter wheels/tyres (I have a full set of winter tyres on winter wheels) was a bit long, given that I had booked to come in.
My car was serviced and valeted whilst I waited only took 2 hours total

The service was completed to the usual BMW standards, the car was not cleaned even though I requested it to be cleaned given sufficient time.
My vehicle was serviced in the time scale indicated, cleaned and returned in good order.
I appear to have, again, been overcharged for the supply of Ad Blue!

There was an unexpected delay whilst the car was waiting to be cleaned. I received an apology and a voucher for a full valet service next time.
Just felt that due to car being an M3 1 year old it should have had a software update.

I was advised that I would have pay for the service yet I was in a service plan. Also I had to chase for an update on this twice and didnt get a call back to know when the car was ready. Not good at all!
Pre service I was told the indicators would be looked at and sorted and also I did say I brought a bulb to also be fitted if they could do it. Once I got the keys back and started the car, the indicators had not been sorted.
Sam the service advisor is always very clear and really does his best to give me the quickest arrangements.

This was a replacement Motability vehicle which had been ordered from Sytner B'ham June 2017. The vehicle had to have a Autochair hoist fitted, due end September 2017. The company fitting it had never fitted one before, snap with this vehicle 2018
