Waited 2wks for car post-service as brake discs out of stock. Kept waiting for 30mins to see rep when I went to collect the car. Car had not been washed even though I was told it would be. Service history not entered on car so had to return for this.
The Service Indicators were not reset and part of the service was not included on the automated log. This meant that I have to take the car back to the dealership.

Car drives better service time was ok and had it returned cleaned. Only issue is the branch isvery far for me. Would be nice if u had the collection and drop off service available again helps customers like me with kids as it can be inconvenience

The difference between a major and normal service is a matter of a few filters. As I have been in the automotive supply chain for most of my working life, I know what these cost. The difference is a few pounds, yet you charge hundreds more.

Solihull organised a courtesy car at late notice & kept me informed at all times. Only issue which is really inconvenient is the closing down of Birmingham's BMW centre. If I couldn't get a courtesy car I would have been stuck in Solihull.

Initially I was totally dissatisfied as Autoglym treatment had clearly not been applied (accepted by BMW) even though charged for £350! After lengthy complaint it was done with video witnessing. Blame put on sub contractors. No Quality checks evident

We booked a 'waiting MOT' but it took nearly 3 hours to complete. This was longer than we expected
They could have made it quicker and offered a drop off/pick up.
On a positive note the warranty issues are now resolved. As above this should have been done without delay and the resultant stress.

The job was completed quickly while I was able to wait. The car was cleaned. However either the back door or window must have been open slightly during the valet and the back seat was wet. Also the bag I left on the bag seat and it's contents got wet
I was advised that my car required a vehicle check. M220d which was recalled approx 1 month ago, whereby it had a vehicle check, therefore it was required again. Checked on your website cost of vehicle checks are included in service pack

My contact Millie has been excellent on the two occasions I've had need to visit Sytner Solihull. Good customer service does make a difference especially in a market where there is a lot of choice and tempting deals. For me it's a differentiator.

Everything promised was done
They did a good job in fixing my issue however i notice some white scruff marks near my gearbox console. It looked like dried paint, i was able to remove it but it was worrying that it couldve been a permanent stain left by the technician.

The car has now a new problem since the service and it is difficult to arrange a convenient appointment. I have to leave the car for the whole day and the waiting times for a courtesy car are 3-4 weeks I was told. Overall not satisfied.

I have always used Sytner Solihull for our servicing and occasional repairs. They offer efficiency and always a good customer expererience. Even when my Z4 had a recurring electrical problem, they persevered (as did I).

Millie was great, every time I went to Sytner Solihull the customer service I received from her was 10 out of 10. Always smiling and helpful. She is the perfect example of customer service professional who's talented and dedicated.
Sadly , the spare key for our chosen vehicle was missing . This was resolved within a few days as our sales executive Guy Beckett organised a replacement. Perhaps this could have been checked before the vehicle was put up for sale.

Work done with no hassel
I bought my car in months ago as I thought I heard a strange sound but I was told it was nothing - only for my fuel injector to go weeks later, now after a full check - only 5 days later my brake pads have gone!

They carried out recall work on the steering, nice and quick, but found out at my following MOT that they buckled one of the wheels

Man that booked my car in 'hadn't got a clue' if the new 1series had arrived... I asked also is the notability section still over there 'not sure to be fair'. Also had mot/service but the light on my dashboard is still on

Full valet completed, carpets still damp - Musty smell after a couple of days. Car required full open door airing, during warm weather!
Overall sytners is great dealership if wanted another bmw I would definitely go back only criticism I have got it was a bad hand over on the car I bought as I know this from personal experience as my father had a bmw dealership in hungerford
They stated that the car would washed, however the car had water marks and none of the glass had been cleaned, really disappointed.

I walked into my local BMW Sytner Solihull having already bought the new M4 CS in my mind (even slipped in the conversation to my wife saying... 'my car' when speaking about it) and walked out without the sale!?! How can he get it so wrong?
The Z4 hood pump failed in 2016 after working since 2006. The costly replacement failed after just 3 years. Though out of warranty I had hoped for some goodwill towards the cost of another replacement after such a short time but none was forthcoming.
The BMW services has always been diligent and perspicacious towards the needs to the customer/s and it has always been a pleasant experience. Ravi, who was handling my car was very helpful and brought my car up to the showroom door as it was raining.

Two issue, I reported a headlight failure when booking the car in. The car was kept in the garage overnight because they didn't have the appropriate bulb ! When I picked up the car it had been cleaned but the passenger seat was soaking wet and too 24

Took a bit longer than expected which was not a problem in this case but might have been on another occasion. Also my booking was for 3pm but had been entered as 9am and was only corrected when I called in to Sytner the day before.

Can't fault them. They keep you updated in person if you are waiting and by phone, text or verbally, if you leave the car with them.
Ryan initially told me there was a build up of soot in the intake manifold he initally advised this was due to soot and has since back tracked and changed his words.
Booked vehicle in on line for a pre holiday seasonal health check. I was surprised not to receive a printed summary of the Vehicle Health Check nor a VHC Video. I did however receive verbal reassurance that all was well.
The issue with the gearbox was resolved quickly, to my satisfaction and the car was returned on time, and clean! This was appreciated.

Slow delivery, vehicle was scratched, alloy wheels not cleaned properly, water stains over car and wet in door and boot shuts. There was no stock of the Auto Glym car cleaning kit for me to collect.
