great video provided for service & advice, the service showed up a very small object in my tyre which could of caused an accident.
Very friendly staff at every stage from reception to sales and servicing. Answered all my questions and came out to the car to show me several things I was not sure about.

Considering my car arrived via Bmw Assist at 4.50 on a Saturday the service dept where very courteous and helpful and when advised I was going to Cornwall on the Thursday advised they would do their very best to repair the car before.

The lady that dealt with me was efficient but not massively friendly. Not a major issue, but felt more like I was being processed. Last time I was in I was served by a pregnant lady - cant remember her name - she was lovely. So came to expect that

I had a couple of badly damaged alloy wheels, one of which was beyond repair. It was found to be difficult to replace the damaged alloys to match up with the remaining two, which meant I had to purchase a set of new alloys.

I was supposed to be getting a courtesy full valet as my car hadnt been washed at all the last time it had been in for a service however this now needed to be prebooked and hadnt been booked in advance. Speakers failed again but yet to get booked
Wasnt able to give me more information on the day car booked in . When I picked up the vehicle told me that they will get in touch with me but it was left to me to make contact the next day just before dealership closes

Service took longer than anticipated. Should have been an hour and a half to two. Was two and a half due to the number booked in at that time. Would have appreciated an update. Maybe better scheduling of service slots is needed.
I can't fault the service from the service team at my local Synter. They fitted me in at very short notice to sort out the fuel pipe leak when they were clearly fully booked, which was very important as I needed the car urgently.
