My experience with purchase and delivery was excellent. Lauren at bmw centre was amazing throughout the whole process. She made it easy and enjoyable experience and helped us to be well informed during the whole process. Would recommend.

Slight scratch on the car this is a £90k + car why is it damaged the more I think about it I should not have excepted the car with this small issue. This is my 3rd M4 which has been brought new from this dealer and the second that has had damage

Given I'd booked for a "90 minutes waiting" appointment, I was still waiting for almost 3hrs, which is fine if you are informed, but I had to chase to get an update. And it meant I had to disturb the Receptionist from looking at holidays on her PC.

Having received a video from your technician explaining how water was entering the car and detailing the process for repairing the leak and stating the rear carpet would be thoroughly dried. In fact on checking the following day it was still soaked.

2) A small thing but I was charged £3.77 for changing the battery in my keyfob. I would have been perfectly happy with the battery being changed after 2 years for £3.77 but I had only changed it myself a month or two earlier when the car notified me.

One thing I would add is that while Sytner Solihull is my preferred dealer to deal with my car I was told that my car has to return to another dealer because bodywork was done there. Surely Solihull could deal with it???

Staff were helpful. Specific issue was extremely frustrating (fault with a filter sensor, 6 months post warranty). Support from BMW was requested but declined by BMW. A more persuasive argument could have been put forward as the fault seemed rare.

Fay Adams was excellent .Worked really hard to see if she could achieve any contribution to cost of repair as car was only 2 months out of warranty and same fault had occurred a year ago. Disappointed that she wasn't successful but can't fault effort

Guy Briscoe's customer service was second to none. I still have an issue where there was some small damage to the car due to vandalism. This is being picked up separately with Guy, checking CCTV cameras. I will have a response on that soon.

Tyre pressure check/correction missed. Returned next day for new tyre, mentioned pressures. still not done. Dust cap not put back into new tyre. Minor detail, but poor attention to detail.

Dee Rawlins has helped to re-schedule the car delivery which is much appreciated. Secondly, the car is 90% charge as requested. Well done! However, I am finding it difficult to access the car features. There is no handover on car usage. :(

When I went to collect the car, I was told they couldn't release it because the cooler had failed the test & a new part was required. I was provided with a loan vehicle over the Christmas period which was fine. Told I would be phone the next week.
