A significant problem was spotted at the inspection. The service advisor promptly quoted and fitted the work in within a few days. Overall I'd have given 10 out of 10 but some clips were not fitted hence I had to take the car back.

Service is poor, never return calls. Charge you for repair work on a problem, but still have same issue after.

Email service reminder from Sytner was inaccurate and did not correspond to the email reminder from BMW that was correct. This caused confusion and tension. Unexpectedly charged £81 for a vehicle check - see next section.

BMW quoted £407 per tyre. Got through a local tyre place for £325, exact make and tyre. BMW said we needed a complete drive shaft costing in excess of £1600 when all it needed was a clip. Totally unhappy with service. Had car in for 2 days unnecessar

When I collected the vehicle the warning light was still lit. The car had to go and be checked only to find the problem had not been solved. I was then without the car for 2 days. Clearly after the new sensor was fitted the vehicle wasn't checked.

Sytner service standards have dropped recently. I was informed that I will be given a call back in a week time about warranty approval of the job, but no one has contacted me. I have made 4 calls since but no service staff member has responded.

The disappointment on the visit was the interaction of Motability with service team. I had to defer brake work at my service on April 8th to April 22nd. For no obvious reason this was queried by Motability from 9:30am to 3pm when it was authorised.

On collecting the vehicle there was a lot of brake grease and grime inside my car you can see where this transferred into my clothes from photos. I asked for the car to be washed/ vacuumed but this wasn't done. Seat covers not used.
