Our experience at the centre was amazing. The agent who dealt with us was San Rahim. I feel like he made a difference because he was so welcoming. He offered us drinks upon arrival and then he sat and took time to go through different cars with us.

The same part failed which was replaced within 12 months. Though I got 90% off the part I still had to pay 10% of the part and labour and diagnostic fees of £675 which is unacceptable and I seek a refund of this!

I went reception said please take seat somebody with you then they spoke to me and they took my car key. They said they will wash it for you. Service was very good. I was very impressed. That's why I give him five star.

Having always given 5 stars, the reason I have given 4 on this occasion is the new automated telephone system, where you have to leave a message for a call back which i find inconvenient as its me waiting around for a call back, otherwise outstanding

Responded quickly to the problem with the communication system. Identified the fault and ordered spares to rectify. In addition they communicated with BMW GB to organise a Good Will contribution because fault was caused by manufacturing defect

Efficiency and service both in the showroom and garage was great, as always. However, I asked a number of times to please sort the wiper blades as they were dragging across the windscreen (new last March on that bill), and they are still not sorted.

My Car was recovered after sustaining tyre damage from a carriageway defect. Communication was not forthcoming so I called Sytner BMW for a status update. My car was delivered back to me with a £470.00 bill although my car was not cleaned

They did the MOT as planned but also the starter motor recall which imwasn't expecting. All was done whilst I waited in very good time and the reception staff looked after me with tea and biscuits.

Good comms from Tom, everything completed on time. 2 things to note: loan car was clean-ish inside. The aircon refresh I had done now means that the inside of my car smells funny, not yet worn off.

Gareth was/is an excellent service advisor keeping me in touch with the progress. Mat from sales was also great having given up part of his day off to give me a test drive of one of your used cars - a decision which I'll make later in the year.

I genuinely think the cost was outrageous. The part cost circa £300 including vat. I paid £1000 for labour. I made a rookie error bringing my vehicle to a main BMW Dealership - never again. I have given 2 stars as the Marcus Service manager was good

I don't like how when you drop your car off you can't just hand over the keys and leave. They make you sit for 15 minutes on both drop off and collection presumably to look round the show room and get you to buy a new car.

After reflection, poor/fair BMW heath check, front tyres were good & rear tyres were an advisory which replicated on the service documentation. 24hrs later off side rear had a slow puncture, Kwik Fit to advise all four tyres needed replaced sadly.

Disappointed that l had booked a "while you wait" for a simple software update due to frustrating problems with the last update. Booked in for 11am but they didn't take my car into the workshop till 13:30?? Which meant a 5 hour wait for my car!!!

Not happy with the root cause analysis on the fault of the vehicle. I am being used a guinea pig to fault find the issue on the vehicle and i will not be used like this. The vehicle is still at Sytner Solihull and I will not be driving the vehicle.

Did important stuff, but not bits I asked for - didn't do tyre pressure, nor clean the car - both requested in advance. Had car from 10am til 5pm, but I saw car didn't move from parking space til 1pm - so all day without car as didn't choose courtesy

My 3 Series had warning messages on the dashboard. Took it into BMW in Shirley, West Midlands - from where I had bought the car. Tom explained what was needed in terms of diagnosis and possible solutions. Sorted out in 24 hours at a reasonable price!
