My experience with purchase and delivery was excellent. Lauren at bmw centre was amazing throughout the whole process. She made it easy and enjoyable experience and helped us to be well informed during the whole process. Would recommend.

Slight scratch on the car this is a £90k + car why is it damaged the more I think about it I should not have excepted the car with this small issue. This is my 3rd M4 which has been brought new from this dealer and the second that has had damage

Given I'd booked for a "90 minutes waiting" appointment, I was still waiting for almost 3hrs, which is fine if you are informed, but I had to chase to get an update. And it meant I had to disturb the Receptionist from looking at holidays on her PC.

Having received a video from your technician explaining how water was entering the car and detailing the process for repairing the leak and stating the rear carpet would be thoroughly dried. In fact on checking the following day it was still soaked.
