Did not expect to hear the diagnosis on my car as had MOT a few months previously. The video sent was incomplete in that he stated that he had already wiped away some of the leaking oil shown. He spoke too fast and video rushed

Dissapointed that I asked for wheels to be rotated front to back, but the pressures were not checked and as soon as I drove how the car alerted me that the pressures were incorrect. I would have thought this would have been checked.

I had tried to get an earlier date to the one that I was given for an MOT ( 3 weeks notice ) and then when the car failed, there was not a lot of time to get repaired and passed Although I could have done with a bit more information on Day1
