The only issue I have is with the online booking system. My vehicle is 4 years old but has only covered 10,000 miles. There is nothing on the system that tells you which service to book, I only found this out later when the service rep called me.

Good service except after I dropped the car in I could no longer see any record of it in the app even though the booking had been made on the app. Nothing appeared all day so I had to phone the dealership for an update late in the afternoon.

Waited 30 mins to leave car key for diagnostic check, abs warning on dash. BMW roadside assistance arranged booking. £150 for test. Mouse dropping found, £800 for cleaning, plus supply/fit new sensor. Private garage charged £153 for test/replacement!
