I was very satisfied with the service. They replaced the two rear tyres and front wipers efficiently, topped up the oil, and returned the car nicely washed. Everything was done smoothly and to a good standard, which made the experience very pleasant.

Break Fluid service for my car is done in December 2025. The mechanic supposed to reset the car computer. That is not done so far. The front brake pads and discs were replaced this month and I reminded the service station about it but not done.

Gave car in.for charging issue, no courtesy car available, was without a car for 2 days. I have purchased from you an M5 and X5 in last 6 months, Came to pick up the car and realised the valet clean wasn't done.And due to Easter everyone left early

Our car was in for a starter motor recall, satisfactorily completed too. but before the recall was completed there where a wheel alignment check etc just do the job and stop trying to get extra money from us. It's a safety recall at least do it first

Going to Sytner Solihull for my BMW servicing since 1983. Always deliver as promised and on time. Friendly and professional people to deal with. Occasional short delays when picking up car after service which can be irritating but understandable

it took 6 hours to complete brake pads and a small service, it a long time, maybe there needs to be some supervision on the maintenance team as i've never waited this long for a couple of items to be serviced , this area requires drastic improvement

We were booked in for an airbag recall. Our car was also given an inspection which was sent to us via video. The technician showed us everything he did and advised us on certain faults. The car was also cleaned inside and out. Completely free.

It took longer than I anticipated due to the work that was needed following the MOT. You needed to keep the car over night and the majority of the following day. Also, the service light is still showing as a warning on my dashboard. I need to call.

Really helpful. There was a strange thing where we were offered possible VIP funding to retain us as customers and upgrade our car. It wasn't really clear that this was actually a benefit in monetary terms and more to get a sale.
