It is such an amazing atmosphere with teas/coffes/drink/snacks/biscuits and even a breakfast bar available when you are waiting. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and kept us well informed.

My sales person was great, he understood my needs and personality quickly, and tailored his services to suit me. I've had many BMWs before and he knew that I just wanted a quick and efficient process. Delivery was 3 months early on the new 1 series!

The purchase experience was excellent. Lewis Whyte was friendly, courteous and attentive as was the finance lead. Pick up was not as good as on the previous two occasions because the car was handed over to us outside in the pouring rain.

Service was good and attentive but I think a 90 minute waiting appointment should be exactly that. Adding 40 minutes if I choose to have the car washed seems excessive

Very terrible service from Benjamin Williams, very inconsiderate, rude and did not keep me updated along the process and had to be chased multiple times to get basic information.
