Lack of communication , you kept the vehicle for 3 days after it was done. Even with me phoning it was never relayed the car was ready for pick up . It is a notability car , I was left with no car , I did not have a curtesy car . More problems .

It was easy to book an appointment on line for a time and day which suited me. The car was ready for collection when I had requested and had been washed and vacuumed thoroughly. The Sytner staff were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Our car was in for a starter motor recall, satisfactorily completed too. but before the recall was completed there where a wheel alignment check etc just do the job and stop trying to get extra money from us. It's a safety recall at least do it first

Going to Sytner Solihull for my BMW servicing since 1983. Always deliver as promised and on time. Friendly and professional people to deal with. Occasional short delays when picking up car after service which can be irritating but understandable

it took 6 hours to complete brake pads and a small service, it a long time, maybe there needs to be some supervision on the maintenance team as i've never waited this long for a couple of items to be serviced , this area requires drastic improvement

no problem with the service, it was pointed out to me after vehicle check that there is water ingress in OS headlight. not long after I brought the car about 3 years ago I had both headlights changed for this same reason, so there must be a fault ,

Gareth helpful, but paid £524 (inc £409 inc vat for labour) for an actuator drive for charging flap - outrageous. Feel I have been ripped off and solution could have been quicker and cheaper. Will not recommend, sorry.

We were booked in for an airbag recall. Our car was also given an inspection which was sent to us via video. The technician showed us everything he did and advised us on certain faults. The car was also cleaned inside and out. Completely free.

It took longer than I anticipated due to the work that was needed following the MOT. You needed to keep the car over night and the majority of the following day. Also, the service light is still showing as a warning on my dashboard. I need to call.
