The cost to repair the oil leak was quoted at £300 for parts and £600 for labour. As a long standing customer at Sytner Solihull for well over 17yrs for all services. I feel the price could have reflected my loyalty but was not - disappointing.

When I picked up the car, it appeared that a fizzy drink (or similar) had been spilled all over the front passenger door which was very disappointing

Dreadful pre attendance issues. Was booked into a 2 hour wait slot, had to insist service person checked recording of call to prove I was correct. Your error put me to significant inconvenience but no suggestions were forthcoming on how to help
