The overall service was excellent through out. i never felt pressured in to anything and everything was well explained by all those that i spoke to . From Kallum to the Finance team, the level of service and care was always there.

The cost to repair the oil leak was quoted at £300 for parts and £600 for labour. As a long standing customer at Sytner Solihull for well over 17yrs for all services. I feel the price could have reflected my loyalty but was not - disappointing.

When I picked up the car, it appeared that a fizzy drink (or similar) had been spilled all over the front passenger door which was very disappointing

Dreadful pre attendance issues. Was booked into a 2 hour wait slot, had to insist service person checked recording of call to prove I was correct. Your error put me to significant inconvenience but no suggestions were forthcoming on how to help

With the main showroom closed for refurbishment, the staff are struggling to give their normal high quality service levels. I must stress this is not a fault of the personnel. This is entirely the fault of Sytner continuing to operate at Solihull.

1) Tyre pressure: They didn't check or fix the tyre pressure. Right after I picked up the car from the service, a warning popped up on my dashboard about incorrect tyre pressure. When I tried to adjust it, the tyre valve was too tight.

I felt the service representative I dealt with was not really interested and didn't listen to my requests. I was charged for work I did not ask for, and I didn't know would be needed, nor was I called to explain this was happening..

The whole process done really well, I loved the video inspection it was clear, informative, and very handy to understand what was being checked. Plus, I was really happy to get my car back washed and looking great.

Representative was very accommodating in allowing me to use the office to work. He did however take 20 minutes to see me initially, and another 15 to check my servicing requirement, which felt like a lot.

Service was not due. Last service done in December 24. Unable to make sense of the prices charged. Don't understand the key. A,X,G, J and Z. Under V s, o and w. Please explain the variation in prices in seven months. How are they arrived at?

A significant problem was spotted at the inspection. The service advisor promptly quoted and fitted the work in within a few days. Overall I'd have given 10 out of 10 but some clips were not fitted hence I had to take the car back.

Service is poor, never return calls. Charge you for repair work on a problem, but still have same issue after.

Email service reminder from Sytner was inaccurate and did not correspond to the email reminder from BMW that was correct. This caused confusion and tension. Unexpectedly charged £81 for a vehicle check - see next section.

BMW quoted £407 per tyre. Got through a local tyre place for £325, exact make and tyre. BMW said we needed a complete drive shaft costing in excess of £1600 when all it needed was a clip. Totally unhappy with service. Had car in for 2 days unnecessar

When I collected the vehicle the warning light was still lit. The car had to go and be checked only to find the problem had not been solved. I was then without the car for 2 days. Clearly after the new sensor was fitted the vehicle wasn't checked.
