The service centre is very efficient and I have recently been very grateful to the staff for fitting my car in for a diagnostic in circumstances that represented an emergency to me. Great service.
I felt the BMW team wanted to resolve my car issue, they were keen to have my vehicle back in to work on it again, this time with a loan vehicle.
My service advisor Millie made everything simple from start to finish. Kept me updated with what I needed to know and when. Couldn't be more helpful.
The fault was identified and rectified as swiftly as possible. Andy gave me the option of collecting the car and coming back when the part arrived but I opted to leave it overnight and next morning it was done! Very efficient considering the climate.

had my service done, and was told there was some software problem with the car, so had to book car in again and was told BMW would pay for taxis to get me to and from the centre. which was very helpful as I had no transport arranged at the time.

Initially it was a tough process due to staff members leaving and having been 'passed' around but how it was dealt with was very professional and the level of customer service never dropped to be quite honest it just got better and better.
