I was looked after while I waited
I was advised my car had failed its MOT due to a nail in tyre and they would order a new tyre at £175. I said I would have the work completed local to my home, when I collected the car the MOT had been passed. Clearly Sytner pushing for more charges

I booked a 90 minute while-you-wait service/MOT but waited almost 3 hours before my vehicle was ready, despite no faults or issues. There was no communication to me about this delay. Staff were polite, and the COVID procedures were well organised.

Despite the difficulties surrounding Covid 19, all steps were taken by the staff and Dealership to ensure that my wife and I felt comfortable and safe throughout the whole vehicle sales and handover process.
I was very well looked after . Kept in touch when the new car would be ready . In the delivery everything was explained as best as possible within Covid environment . Texts afterwards to ask if car was ok and also if I had any questions .
