Great service despite Covid restrictions.
The guy I dealt with in the service team, (can't recall his name now) was extremely helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and the issue I was having with the windows and mirrors was quickly rectified.
Update was completed and a planned recall done at the same time.

Covered everything very efficiently
The staff were courteous and even accommodated me when I arrived late. The only very minor negative is that my end-of-warranty paperwork was never e-mailed to me. However, when I popped in again, Millie quickly sorted it out for me - thanks to her!

I had noticed on start up a resonating/ vibration like noise. I thought it was just characteristic but it has now gone so I presume it was probably a loose heat shield but it was remedied with no fuss. The car is quieter generally and drives superbly
