My battery is losing charge as I am not using my BMW much and only for short journies. I needed a battery charger but was warned against using it where the vehicle has "stop/start". Anthony Vincent in Spares was very helpful and explained what I need
No hassle, very well organised
There were issues that could have proved very costly to myself. The situation was resolved by BMW head office contributing 95% of the cost. I received attractive rates for other work which possibly negated the 5% I had paid for the main problem.

I turned up for what I thought was a service but in fact it was just a recall for the charger lead. So instead of having to leave my car there for the whole day it was sorted out within 30 minutes.
