The way my advisor looked after me was good, would have been nice him seeing me out as I had spoke to him a few times on the phone but I was overall happy with the way I was looked after
Friendly and professional
Fuse was not replaced, even though it's simple. Again suggests to me car was not looked at or checked properly.
Still awaiting a manager to call and explain How on earth the car was allowed out the workshop when it was clearly not fixed

The service was done on time, and the car as always was clean and what was done on the service was explained as always.
An hour, for 2 bulbs, at £62 - nothing more is needed to be said
Delay was experienced due to parts availability. This was frustrating and time consuming particularly in arranging collection of vehicle. Contacting service representative was a problem due to location in area with poor/intermittent phone reception.
All the work on my car was completed to a high standard and on time.

Disappointed that for a car under warranty, there was no willingness to investigate non functioning screen washers. The presumption that they were blocked and would be £150 for about to strip down. I have no idea why they aren't working?
I required a replacement for a faulty petrol cap which shouldn't have been necessary on a 3 month old car. Sytner promptly dealt with the matter and I was impressed by their customer service.
No problems this time
The weather that day was terrible, the service fellow drove the car right to the door so we would not get a soaking. Excellent service.
It is now 7th and my key has not yet been located
only problem was a 20 min wait to get the car booked in which I thought was very excessive.

I have never had a poor service interaction in Sytner. This car purchase was no exception - an excellent experience with dealings throughout the whole process that were positive and rewarding.
Did everything I asked for but changed all of my radio/sat nav settings which I didn't discover until I was on the way to a completely new destination. Spoken instructions had been disabled and I have no instruction booklet for the entertainment.
Car was washed and vacuumed apparently but definitely to a very poor standard. Plenty of sand grit left on drivers mate or close by. 3 inches of dirt still remained on bottom of boot lid on both sides???

Car was very clean afterwards, seemed to drive better, however, long wait for a service adviser at drop off and pickup despite lots of empty service desks. No sense of urgency.

I was booked in for a waiting appointment but was incorrectly advised of the estimated time when booking. This did not become apparent until I dropped the car off. I then had to get a taxi home to attend tip the school run and get a lift back later.
5 minuets to book for service, 10 minuets to check in and 10 to check out
Our service advisor was Sammy Bailey and she was outstanding with her service. It is evident she is very knowledgeable and confident regarding her job. Everything that we asked for was 100% done when we collected the car.
I like to deal with one person on service reception. Was not given the opportunity on this occasion

The MOT for which the car was sent in for as well as the servicing was not completed when I arrived to collect the car, so I had to wait for it to be done, despite having been told on the phone that everything was completed

Knowing that there have been cost saving implementations in the showroom makes you worry slightly if there have been other cost saving implementations in the factories
Service department poor. 4 hour wait for MOT, told numerous times shouldn't be long now. Got back to vehicle, service warning still ongoing, service reset this but brush past complaint asking whether end of warranty vehicle inspection actually done?

Sytner Solihull completed everything they was meant to do and even cleaned my car. The person looking after my visit also sorted me a courtesy car out which I needed as I had work the next day. Thankss
Came as a surprise to me that I had to pay for the brake fluid replacement. When I took out the 5 year service pack in November 2014 I was told it covered everything. Clearly not.
Happy with service
Waiting time was longer then expected/informed.
It would be useful to have an overview description of what the purposes of the service was together with say an explanation of what the tyre tread depths represented in terms of tyre life.

An EDR recall after which the car was washed. On completion, I noticed that the wheels were dirty and that the car had spots all over it. Car returned for cleaning correction. I waited almost an hour for a resolution and an apology.
Despite booking an office to work in it was not available
The problem with my car was correctly diagnosed and repaired in one visit. An illegal tyre was reported to me and replaced the same day at a reasonably competitive price. Phone calls were answered or returned.
I was expecting a video check up which I didn't get. Maybe the place was too busy.
Issue still remained, staff failed to take on board the issue that I addressed and carried out work that was not necessary.

1. Having booked my 'anniversary check', I arrived at the dealership to be greeted by a lady with a clipboard. She had no details of my booking and therefore I felt as if I'd arrived on the wrong day! Eventually, she said my booking was today.

Car was serviced Quickly and loan car was provided. Only very minor negative was the car valeting wasn't outstanding (car exterior wasn't shiney).

Overall experience was very bad.
I know its a silly thing and maybe its being female but I was a little disappointed no flowers, which I had received on purchasing other new cars in the past. It somehow downgraded the experience from being special.
