Felt waiting for 2 hours was too long for just a brake fluid change.
Car in for a full service which was carried out to my satisfaction, however it was only 12 months and 9000 miles since my last service, so I was a little bit surprised to be told I needed a full service! Also, a visual inspection was apparently due!
One of the issues the car was in for was a rattle. I had already diagnosed the issue and relayed this to the service advisor. However the technician didn't use this info and subsequently failed to rectify the fault. The car now has to go back in.
Able to speak with same service personnel each visit, which gives confidence and continuity of relationship.
I pre-booked car. As I drive automatic, I expected you to have reserved one. No-one asked if I would be happy with a manual vehicle and in fact I may not have had a licence to do so!! Eventually, you offered an i3 automatic from used car section.
Very obliging and efficient.
Would have been 5 stars but I had to chase why my vehicle service hadn't been started an hour after I dropped it off and sat in the waiting area. Didn't receive the health check video detailing tyre tread depth and brake pad material thickness.
They produced an excellent report on the condition of my car
Happy with the service experience, but not very happy paying for it. When I purchased the car I was sold a service package by the salesman based upon what he told me i.e. first 3 services free for a fixed price.Turns out it was limited to 30,000 mile
I was very pleased with the customer service advisor and the interaction I had with them, however my vehicle wasn't cleaned despite being told it had been, this has made me doubt the credibility of all the work now.
Car was dropped off for recall on egr valve and returned to me same day. Unfortunately my personal settings .ie. phone ,mileage etc were deleted.
Efficient and courteous service
Very efficient and reassuring.
Waited in showroom whilst service was done and had plenty of refreshments and wi fi on hand. Also had problem with spotify not playing in car and my service consultant went out of his way to get this fixed for me.
Brake fluid service completed promptly while I waited and the car was thoroughly cleaned. However, a second visit was required at the start of the following month as the car was indicating that the service had not been carried out.

Your customer service needs to be improved. You don't call when you say you will, you don't know at what stage the car is at or where your staff are. You said that my car would be washed and cleaned and it hadn't.
Efficiency of service
I booked online for a recall. When I arrived I was told that the booking related to another vehicle - not mine. I then had to arrange another appointment.
The service receptionist Millie Pretty was both helpful & courteous & the only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars is because the car hadn't been washed, however when I pointed this out to Millie (the next day as I was in a bit of a rush) she apologized
Really good service . However the air con still makes a noise . Would be good if someone can contact me regarding this as the car is still under warranty

Offered the free brake check and complimentary car wash, bmw person gave me the price of approx £750 and assumed I would have work done. I said no as I thought excessive also the wash was appauling, very disappointed but is this because I said no??

My end of warranty and MOT is due as well, they called separately engine oil change and separate appointment. They made to wait 40 min for lift drop me. Complementary cleaning not done after requesting as well
The service agent professional and clear with his explanation
Staff are helpful and friendly and I have no issues or with the work carried out. However, a loan car is never available - Consequently I'm stuck in Solihull for 5 hours or have to spend £30 getting there and back in trains and taxis.

My concerns were ignored and problems overlooked.
They were ready and prepared for my arrival albeit the loan car wasn't sorted on arrival but they still managed to find suitable loan car
A fix that was supposed to take 1 hour took 4 hours and the sales person then told me afterwards that my car had just been sat there even though I had the first appointment of the day. This was after a week before it taking 2 & 1/2 hours to diagnose
Booked in for MOT and end of warranty check at agreed time. Had agreed to wait on site, advised it would take 1 1/2 hours. It took 2 and 1/2 hours. I advised the lady that this was excessive, and that this was poor work planning, & to pass this on.
Whilst the diagnosis was carried thoroughly, I give one star for my experience and I now I have to pay myself for replacement of the wind screen. BMW Sytner seem to be least bothered. What a horrible customer service!!

A electrical issue meant the car needed a spare that after the mileage and time should not have failed even though the vehicle warranty had expired 9 months earlier. However a good will claim was approved paying 50 per cent towards the spare cost.

My car repair was free as BMW covered the cost however I was initially quoted c450 for the work only for me to speak to another BMW garage who advised me to go back to sytner solihull and ask them to see if BMW would be willing to contribute
I kept being put through to central bookings when calling Sytner Solihull for a quote to have rocker box cover gaskets replace on my E31 840. Central bookings were unable provide I never did get a call back from Sytner Solihull service rep.

They did scratch the car then denied scratching and marked the sheet as if it was already scratched. They did not pick up the faults which Rybook did pick up in-spite of doing the full service check. Even the car wash was not good enough. The billing

Advisor okay but spend ages pluging data into a screen. No eye contact, little interest in me. Next door advisor complaining about poor systems not working. Could be so much better. Shame.
I took my car in for a repair which after driving away was found to be incomplete. I have had 9 book my car in again for something that could have been avoided if checks were performed.

Once Carl Henderson looked at the car and apologized for the delay, things got sorted quickly and he authorized the body shop to repaint the bonet. I picked the car up today and they have done a first class job and Gemma Griffiths was brilliant.
Always seems to take ages
The service was excellent from Sammy and the other staff who looked after me whilst I waited for the service to be completed. On the day of my service the valeting was severely delayed but I didn't mind much as I was able to work in the waiting area
